Most of West Hills was built between 1940 and 1969, with a median around 1962: single-story ranch houses on larger lots, a lot of them with pools, and newer hillside homes toward the Simi Hills. The 91307 ZIP is mostly owner-occupied single-family.

Yes. It's usually an undersized or shared circuit, or a GFCI issue. Pool equipment has its own code rules and we bring it up to them.
Can you put a charger in a detached garage?
Yes. It's a longer run and sometimes a subpanel in the garage. We quote it after we see the path.
